MTT Shipping supports container, B/L or booking numbers, and a B/L and booking number has to be submitted together with the container number.
MTT Shipping is identified by the carrier code MTTX - its SCAC. It is what the API takes as its carrierCode parameter, and what identifies the line on a bill of lading.
Yes - one REST call, documented in the API reference. The same balance covers the API and the web app, so there is no separate fee for API access.
