One shipment is one tracking you add — submitted by container number, Bill of Lading, booking number, or air waybill. One tracking, one shipment. That is the whole rule.
As many times as you like. You are charged once, on the first submission. Every request on that number after that is free until delivery — dashboard or API, no limit.
Yes. Enterprise accounts are invoiced on net terms with bank transfer. Card payment is there if you want to start today without going through procurement.
No. The API costs the same as the dashboard, on the same balance — no annual API licence, no separate contract, no minimum. Some providers charge an extra yearly fee for API access on top of your credits, we don't.
